Fresh perspectives, novel ideas, redesigned the working principle of the paper cup machine, rearranged the machine structure, changed the original 8 stations to 10 stations, and changed the original linkage paper feeding to rotary paper feeding, which greatly reduced the failure rate of paper feeding.The machine uses a 2.2kw main motor to drive the whole machine to work, realizing the perfect integration of gear and cam structure.This machine has10 stations,10 stations abrasive tools, and 5 groups of stations for folding and knurling preheating. The running speed of the machine has increased to 90-120,3-16oz single and double coated paper cups can be customized according to customer requirements. It is a fully automatic paper cup forming equipment, which can stably produce paper cups of different specifications through multi row automatic paper feeding,paper anti backing device (to ensure accurate positioning), ultrasonic or copper strip welding,manipulator paper cylinder transfer,oil injection,bottoming,folding,preheating, knurling, cup unloading and other continuous processes.It is a paper cup equipment independently developed by our company to improve the stability of the whole machine through comprehensive technical improvement.
