The XL-160S High-Speed Intelligent Paper Cup Machine features a tabletop layout, isolating the drive components and molds. With the drive components located below the table and the molds above, this layout facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The machine utilizes automatic spray lubrication, a longitudinal drive structure, a barrel-type cylindrical indexing mechanism, and a gear drive to ensure stability and quality. Electrical components are controlled by a PLC, photoelectric tracking, and servo feed. This machine boasts a production capacity of 150-160 pcs/min and is suitable for producing both hot and cold cups in sizes from 5 to 16 OZ.
