Machine Introduction
The working principle of our paper cup machine is that a main motor drives the whole machine to work, realizing the perfect intergration of gear and cam structure. Now the machine uses a single aluminum disk instead of the previous threee disk machine, which greatly reduces the failure rate of the machine and reduces the training time for operators. According to customer requirements, 2.5-16oz single and double coated paper cups can be customized. It is a fully automatic paper cup forming equipment, which can stably produce paper cups of different specification through multi row automatic paper feeding, paper anti backing device ( to ensure accurate positioning), ultrasonic or copper strip welding, manipulator paper cylinder transfer, oil injection, bottoming, folding, preheating, knurling, cup loading and other continuous processes. It is a paper cup equipment independently developed by our company to improve the stability of the whole machine through comprehensive technical improvement.
