Mechanical Behavior

The externally laminated hollow corrugated cup machine features a tabletop layout, isolating the drive components and molds. With the drive components located below the platform and the molds above, this layout facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The machine utilizes automatic spray lubrication, a longitudinal drive structure, an open cylindrical grooved wheel indexing mechanism, and a gear drive, ensuring overall stability and quality. PLC, photoelectric tracking, and servo feed control are used for electrical components. With a production capacity of 80-100 t/min, this machine is suitable for producing 5-16 oz. hot and cold laminated hollow corrugated cups. The upgraded paper suction mechanism provides more stable paper suction.

Intelligent Control System

1. Multiple module models. Simple window prompts guide you through selecting the model you want to set.
2. Flexible parameter settings. You can back up, restore, or revert parameters to factory settings. You can also manually modify parameters in detail.
3. Flexible encoder origin and direction settings, as well as fault self-diagnosis. Encoder hardware installation requires no consideration of location; simply configure the software.
4. Automatic parking configuration for rapid deceleration in less than one turn. Once configured, the machine automatically calculates the inertia distance and determines the position after deceleration to be at least one step faster.
5. Hardware monitoring system. PLC output points, relays, contactors, PLC and touch screen, and PLC and computer. The PLC features extended real-time line monitoring. Abnormal alarms on the touch screen indicate the cause of the fault. Detailed hardware and software fault information is provided, allowing users to easily troubleshoot.
