Machine Introduction

This XL-160S smart paper cup machine uses a desktop layout that isolating the transmission parts and molds. The transmission parts are under the table and the mold on the table, this layout facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The machine adopts automatic spray lubrication, longitudinal shaft drive structure, barrel cylindrical dividing mechanism and gear transmission, to ensure the stability and quality of the whole machine. For electrical components, use PLC, photoelectric tracking and servo feed. The machines have a production capacity of up to 150-160 pcs/ min and are suitable for producing 4-16 oz cold / hot cups.

Intelligent Control System

1. Multiple models of modules. Guided by simple window prompts, select the model for the setup.

2. Flexible parameter setting. You can backup, restore or restore parameters to factory. You can also manually modify the parameters in detail.

3. Flexible encoder origin setting, automatic direction setting and fault self-checking. The hardware installation of the encoder does not need to consider the position, only need to set the software.

4. Automatically configure the parking space, and quickly drop in less than one lap. After configuration, the machine will automatically calculate the inertia distance of the machine, and the position after deceleration is at least one step faster.

5. The system's key station sensor signals are automatically calculated and identified. The molding failure can be encountered by simply operating the start button, and the system automatically tracks the signal according to the sensor, so that the mold stops quickly in the middle of the two heaters.

6. Stop the automatic removal of the cup. After the machine stops abnormally, the system will automatically remove the heater and bracket position because the heater is burnt out and the adhesive is not firm.

7. Intelligent temperature control of heating system. The temperature is controlled by PLC PID, the user only needs to select the paper manufacturer, weight, single/double PE, the system will automatically set the corresponding target temperature, and the speed of the machine will change when the target temperature is automatically adjusted. Users can also customize target temperature control.

8. (Optional) Vision system defect detection. Automatically identify paper cup shape, internal and bottom defects, and automatically remove them. Unique algorithm, accurate and stable light gray stain recognition. One key to quickly set parameters, and you can also modify each parameter in detail. The system supports internal network monitoring output reports.

9. Hardware monitoring system. plc output point, relay, contactor, plc and touch screen, plc and computer, plc has extended line real-time monitoring function, and the abnormal alarm in the touch screen prompts the cause of the failure. With detailed hardware and software fault information, users can easily troubleshoot according to the prompts.
